The LEF encourages young talent and creativity by sponsoring the interdisciplinary course "Design and Marketing of Luxury Products" with students and faculty from Columbia Business School and Parsons the New School for Design, awarding scholarships for Design and Business students, organizing educational events  such as the Annual Luxury Round Table, and supporting student-run organizations at Columbia Business School.
