Kirsten Anderson

Vice President, eCommerce Channel for EssilorLuxottica

Kirsten holds a rich background in strategy, retail and consumer goods. She is currently serving as Vice President, eCommerce Channel for EssilorLuxottica Professional Solutions North America. EssilorLuxottica is the global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames and sunglasses. After starting in the strategy group at EssilorLuxottica, she now leads the eCommerce channel, overseeing frame sales for thirty brands, spanning from lifestyle to luxury, to marketplace, eRetail and pure-play customers. Her role also extends to managing commercial aspects for lenses and lab services for optical partners online. She has led initiatives to develop leading omni-channel experiences from the use of AI to innovative partnerships that expand access to prescription eyewear. Prior to EssilorLuxottica, Kirsten was part of Accenture's Retail and Consumer Strategy practice. A graduate of CBS class of 2012, Kirsten is dedicated to innovation, delivering exceptional consumer experiences, and building brand equity.

 

Mario Graniel

Vice President, Omnichannel and Supply Chain at Fendi

Mario Rodriguez Graniel is the Vice President, Omnichannel and Supply Chain at Fendi, responsible for the omnichannel strategy and business, as well as supply chain operations across Fendi commercial activities in the Americas - retail, digital, and wholesale. Mario is also the Chair of Fendi Americas’ Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council. Prior to Fendi, Mario worked at Louis Vuitton and Prada in business development and customer-centric roles. Mario began his career in banking in Europe and transitioned to luxury fashion after completing his Columbia MBA.

 

Mimi Fukuyoshi

SVP/GMM of North American Wholesale and Retail at Tom Ford

Mimi Fukuyoshi is the SVP/GMM of North American Wholesale and Retail at Tom Ford.  In this role, she oversees buying for all categories in directly operated stores, outlets, concession and e-commerce in the US.  In addition, she has responsibility for Men’s and Women’s wholesale in the US and Canada, including department stores and specialty retailers. Mimi started her buying career in the Executive Training Program at Bloomingdale’s, where she held various buying roles in Men’s, culminating in a role as the Men’s Designer Sportswear Buyer.  After Bloomingdale’s, she went on to hold VP/DMM positions at Gilt Groupe, overseeing all Men’s, and then Bergdorf Goodman, where she held the roles of VP/DMM of Men’s Sportswear, Shoes and Leathergoods and subsequently VP/DMM of Women’s Contemporary. Mimi holds a BA in Comparative Literature from Yale University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

 
 
 

Mary Beth Sheridan (moderator)

Chief Merchandising Officer, The Children’s Place

Mary Beth joined The Children’s Place in 2023 as Chief Merchandising Officer. In her role, Mary Beth has direct leadership responsibility for Merchandising, Global Sourcing, Planning and Allocation and is instrumental in identifying and driving growth opportunities on both the top and bottom lines through collaborative, cross-functional strategies. Prior to joining the Company, Mary Beth was most recently Chief Merchandising Officer at Anthropologie from 2020 to 2023. She also held other senior executive roles at Macy’s and Lord & Taylor. Mary Beth graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
