Pamela Brown

Pamela Brown is a Partner at McKinsey & Company and a core leader of the Apparel, Fashion & Luxury (AF&L) practice in North America. Since joining McKinsey in 2013, she has worked with some of the most iconic brands and retailers on a range of topics, including growth strategy, end-to-end transformations, organizational performance and mergers & acquisitions. 

For the past two years, Pamela has led work with the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) to conduct research and help advance the dialogue on diversity, equity and inclusion. She also co-leads the McKinsey COVID-19 response team for AF&L, and heads the New York chapter of the Women in Fashion & Beauty network.

Previously, Pamela worked in public relations at a boutique firm in New York. She received her MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania and her BA from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
